Delhi Polls 2015: Landslide Victory for AAP, Big Blow for BJP, Cong

New Delhi, Feb 10: It was an amazing victory for Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) that humiliated the two major political parties of India Congress and BJP to extreme point by snatching 67 seats in the 70-member assembly polls in Delhi.

Today was a significant day in Indian political history and it was the gloomiest day for BJP as this is the first defeat for the party in assembly polls since its landslide triumph in Lok Sabha barely after 8 months.

The final results were declared in evening that showed that AAP won 67, BJP was finished with 3 and no seat came to Congress pocket.

While AAP workers and supporters celebrated the occasion with party Chief Arvind Kejriwal and others, this was the day for self introspection for BJP and Congress for the big loss.

Meanwhile, Kejriwal was elected as the leader of the legislature party soon after the poll results. He is likely to take oath as the CM of Delhi on Feb 14 on Valentines' Day.
