Kejriwal meets PM Modi, asks for Complete Statehood for Delhi

Accompanied by his close aide Manish Sisodia, who won Patpadganj seat in the polls, Kejriwal invited Modi for the searing in ceremony that will be held at Ramlila Maidan on Feb 14.

However, Modi is unlikely to attend the event due to prior commitments, said Sisodia.

The AAP convener talked about granting full statehood to Dehi during the meeting. Modi said that the Centre will think on the issue.

"We spoke to PM on giving complete statehood for Delhi as this is the opportune time when AAP government is in complete majority in state and BJP government is in complete majority in centre," Manish Sisodia said.
