Patna, Feb 16: In a setback to Bihar Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, the Patna High Court on Monday did not allow his government to take any decision on various policies till he proves his majority on the floor of the House.
The court today said that the government led by Manjhi can only take decision on routine matters.
Manjhi has been directed to prove his majority in the House on Feb 20.
Majhi has been expelled from JD(U) for rebelling against former CM Nitish Kumar. He denied stepping down as the CM after the party elected Nitish as the leader of the legislature party.
