Oil Ministry Documents Leak: Two More Arrested by Delhi Crime Branch

New Delhi, Feb 20: Delhi crime branch on Friday arrested two more accused in connection with the petroleum ministry documents leak case. A total of seven people were held in the case out of which three were sent to jail and four were taken on police remand for further interrogation.

Yesterday, police had arrested five people including two government officials working at oil ministry, a staff of Reliance Industries (RIL) and two brokers for allegedly leaking the government documents to oil companies.

Today, two people including a journalist were arrested in this connection. Two were identified as Prayas Jain and Shantanu Saikia working as energy consultants, who were given the government documents.
