Nitish says SORRY to Voters for resigning as Bihar CM after LS Polls Rout

Patna, Feb 20: Senior JD(U) leader and CM-in waiting Nitish Kumar following the path of AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal apologised to the Bihar voters for resigning as the CM after the partys rout in the Lok Sabha elections one year ago. He promised the voters that he would not take such emotional decision and leave them in the middle in future.

Nitish, who is waiting to get back his chair as the chief minister of Bihar following Manjhis resignation today, accused BJP of its game plan to break the party and create political instability in the state.

He apologised to the voters in Kejriwal style to show that he is always by their side and requested indirectly to choose him as their leader if the election takes place in the state.

Nitish was confident that he has support of 130 MLAs to claim the majority in the House during trust vote and waiting to see Manjhi as a loser in the House, but everything was changed suddenly at the last moment and Manjhi surprised all by tendering his resignation around 90 mins before the floor test.

Manjhi revealed the reason behind his resignation despite support saying he and his MLAs were given threatening calls.
