New Delhi, Feb 27: PDP's Chief Minister-in waiting Mufti Mohmmad Sayeed met Prime Minister Narendra Modi this morning to discuss the formation of government in Jammau and Kashmir. He will take the oath on March 1.

After meeting with Modi, Mufti Mohmmad Sayeed termed the alliance BJP-PDP as the meeting of North Pole and South Pole. With differences of opinions, ideologies and principles, both the parties reached agreement to form the government for the interest of Kashmir people and their development.

However, he did not talk about the issue of Article 370. Talking to media, the CM-designate said that the Common Minimum Programme (CMP) will be revealed after swearing-in ceremony on Sunday.

It can be noted that both the parties have reached the conclusion to form the government after ending two months of talks over several issues. BJP for the first time is going to have its presence in the government in J&K, the Muslim state.
