Showcause Notice to 6 Parties on Lok Sabha Polls Expenditure

New Delhi, March 19: The Election Commission has issued a showcause notice to six political parties including the AAP for not filling their expenditure statements for the Lok Sabha polls.

The notice was sent to Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, Haryana Janhit Congress, National People Party of Manipur, Peoples Party of Arunachal and Kerala Congress (M) along with AAP.

They have been asked to file their expenditure statement within 20 days of the notice.
