New Delhi, April 01: In a big relief for Odia girl Dutee Chand, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has allowed her to participate in the Asian athletics championship, scheduled in Wuhan, China from 3rd June till 7th June.

The 19-year-old athlete was allowed to take part in the game after one year of gap. She needs more practice for the upcoming international event.

The Bronze medalist in the 2013 Asian Championship in 200m Running was dropped from taking part in the Commonwealth Games at the last minute after she was allegedly having "hyperandrogenism", a medical condition characterised by excessive levels of androgens in the body.
