AAP divided, Rebel Leaders form Group for Alternative Politics

New Delhi, April 15: The rift within the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) took another turn with the announcement of a separate group "Swaraj Abhiyan" by the rebel leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan yesterday.

The supporters of Bhushan and Yadav joined the group. This was formed with an aim to give alternative politics that the AAP deviated from its goal.

The group will fight for the rights of farmers, women and common people across the country, said Yadav talking to media. He said that a resolution has been passed at a day-long meeting with the AAP workers for the alternative politics.

The group vowed to work for the country and protest against the issues. The group will organise Swaraj Samvaad in the country to talk about the policies of the country.

Reacting to the step by the rebel leaders, the AAP hinted at action against Bhushan and Yadav. His fate in the party will be decided today. Both the leaders have already been kicked out from all the positions in the party for raising voice against party chief Arvind Kejriwal.
