New Delhi, April 20: In ongoing rift within the AAP, rebel leader Prashant Bhushan, who was sacked from party's national executive and PAC, rejected the charges brought by the party against him.
In a reply to the show cause notice issued to him by the party, Bhushan questioned the formation of the National Disciplinary Committee, saying he was not aware who had constituted the committee.
He termed the National Council meeting on March 28 as illegal and unconstitutional.
He said that the charges levelled against him and team mate Yogendra Yadav are similar to the charges that party leaders Manisha Sisodia and Sanjay Singh had brought on March 10.
He said all the charges are baseless.
Along with him, the show cause notice was sent to Yadav, Anand Kumar, Ajit Jha on April 17 for alleged anti-party activities.
