6% DA Hiked for Odisha Govt Employees

Bhubaneswar, April 20: The Odisha government on Monday pleased its employees by announcing a hike of 6% in dearness allowance (DA) with effect from January 1 this year.

The employees will get the hike in the DA in their salary from April. With this hike, four lakh government employees and ex-servicemen will be benefited.

Currently, the government employees are getting 107 per cent DA on their basic pay, which will be now 113 per cent with the hike.
