Yadav, Bhushan expelled from AAP, may move Court against Party Decision

New Delhi, April 21: The rebel AAP leaders Prashant Bhsuhan and Yogendra Yadav were expelled from the party for alleged anti-party activities. However, the two may approach the court challenging the decision of the party.

Talking to media following the move, Prashant Bhushan hinted at approaching the court. He said that the new disciplinary panel kicked trio including Ajit Jha out from the party yesterday evening.

Yadav, Bhushan, Jha were thrown out of the AAP at a meeting for anti-party activities and violating the code of ethics of the party.

The decision was taken after the show cause notices were served to trio and Bhushan questioned reconstitution of the national disciplinary committee.
