Relief to Jayanarayan as Court grants Him Bail

Sambalpur, April 23: In a relief to Odisha BJP leader Jayanarayan Mishra, who was arrested for violating section 144 order during procession of Hanuman Jayanti in Sambalpur, the local court granted him bail.

The Additional Sessions Judge court on Wednesday granted him bail on condition of furnishing two guarantors and a surety of Rs 20,000.

Mishra was arrested on April 15 for violating the section 144 order. He was accused of displaying a sword during the procession.
