Nothing More Important than Human Life, says PM Modi

New Delhi, April 23: Nothing is important than human life, nothing more is important than a farmer's life. Both the ruling and opposition parties should come together and think the farmer's suicide could be repeated in our country, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressing the Lok Sabha today over the death of a farmer, who committed suicide at the rally of AAP at Jantar Mantar in the national capital.

The increasing rate of farmers' suicide in the country is a matter of big concern. This is age-old problem and this is widespread. For this all parties should come together and think for the solution that the farmers of this country can stay safe, happy and without under the burden of loans and debts, Modi told the members.

"I seek suggestions with an open mind. Let us not let our farmers die. There is nothing more valuable than farmer's life", he said.
