Chargesheet filed against Naveen Jindal, Madhu Koda in Coal Scam

New Delhi, April 29: The CBI on Wednesday filed chargesheet against 15 people including industrialist Naveen Jindal and his companies Jindal Steel and Power Ltd (JSPL) and Jindal Realty Pvt Ltd in connection with the Amarkonda Murgadangal coal block allocation case.

In the chargesheet, five companies including Jindal were named as accused. Along with Naveen Jindal, former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda, former state minister Dasari Narayan and former coal secretary HC Gupta were also chargesheeted under provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act.
