Collectors to prepare list of Odias stranded in Quake-hit Nepal

Bhubaneswar, April 29: In a move to rescue people from Odisha trapped in quake-hit Nepal, Odisha government has asked the collectors of all the districts to prepare a list of Odias stranded in the neighbouring nation.

After the news aired over the trapped Odias in Nepal and their families seeking help from the administration, the government is in action mode to bring back its people from the disaster-hit Nepal.

The government has also set up a 24-hour helpline at the office of Chief Resident Commissioner Sunil Bhargav in New Delhi to contact the authorities and facilitate safe return from Nepal. The phone numbers are - 011-24679201 (land) and 07803850005 (Mob).
