Maken slams AAP over Non-payment of Salaries to Govt Staff

New Delhi, May 11: Congress Delhi chief Ajay Maken hit out at the AAP government led by Arvind Kejriwal over the issue of non-payment of salaries to the government employees.

"It has been only three months for AAP in Delhi. We protested here for six months but no sweeper has got salary. It has been one and a half year and no one has got pension. No one has got pension in government and Municipal Corporation. In the 15 years rule of Congress, there has been no time when we have not given salaries", Maken said at a party convention.

He slammed the Modi government for faulty policies that pushing the nation into disaster. He vowed that his party will make Modi-free nation in next five year.

"Congress-free India was thought by Britishers before Narendra Modi. Congress has liberated India from Britishers and we will also liberate this country from the thoughts of Modi. We will achieve this in five years", he said.
