Assets worth Rs 400 crore attached in Uliburu Mining scam

Bhubaneswar, May 22: The ED has attached the assets worth Rs 400 crore belonging to three firms and associates in the Uliburu mining scam. The case was probed by a commission headed by Justice MB Shah for alleged financial irregularities.

The ED attached the property of the firms Deepak Steel, Deepak Steel and Power, Sneh Pushp and the directors Deepak Kumar, Champak Gupta and Haricharan Gupta, under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).
