Modi reaches Dhaka, receives ceremonial welcome

Dhaka, June 6: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Bangladesh capital Dhaka a short while ago for a two-day visit to the neighbouring country. He was given guard of honour there.

Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina received PM Modi where he was given a ceremonial welcome.

Before leaving for Bangladesh, Prime Minister NarendraModi took to Twitter and wrote,

"This visit is going to strengthen the bond between our Nations, benefitting people of our countries & our region."
