Bengaluru, June 12: The news of Rahul Dravidís new role as India "A" and Under-19 coach has received positive response from all quarters.
While Ravi Shastri termed "The Wall" as the best role model for youngsters, Dravid believes that it is a good opportunity for him to help the nascent talent in their journey and help them in achieving their dreams.
"Like I said I mean I have not started yet. So, the real idea would be to work with the lot of youngsters and hopefully I see Under-19 and India A as a very important stage in peopleís development and just an opportunity to help them in their journey. Each of these players are at a different at his career specially at the India A level and just a chance maybe to help them in their journey and see how we can put a good team together that gives them the chance to fulfil their dreams", said Dravid.
Talking on the side-lines of an event in his hometown, Dravid added that he is looking forward to take charge.
"I have already answered this question two or three times in the last two-three days. I do not know what else to say other than I am looking forward to the job and excited about it", he said.
