Plus two second cut-off marks announced today

Bhubaneswar,July 13:  Officer in charge of e-Admission in the Higher Education department Mihir Das informed that students, who have been selected in the second phase admission, can also download their intimation letters from the website
after the announcement of first cut-off marks. 

He said that the students, who have qualified for the second phase admission, are bound to take admission in the respective colleges, failing which they will be debarred from admission in any other college in this academic session.

"The students have been informed through e-mail and SMS to take admission between July 15 and 17," he informed.

The second phase cut-off marks for Science, Arts and Commerce of some of the leading colleges are mentioned below:

To provide necessary information on admission to the students, the Higher Education department has opened 577 SAMS Resource centres in the state.

While 2,76,380 seats have been filled up in the first phase admission, the number of vacant seats in the Junior colleges is now 1,64,550.

"After the second phase admission, the list of vacant seats in the Junior colleges would be announced on July 21 while the admission would be held on July 25," Das said.
