Maoists killed four policemen after kidnapping in Chhattisgarh

New Delhi,July 15: Maoists have killed four abducted police personnel near Bijapur district in Chhattisgarh. 

According to sources ,police have confirmed the incident. 

The bodies of jawans found near Gudma village of Bijapur district. These assistant constables had been abducted by the Maoists from Kutru area of the district of tribal Bastar division on Monday evening.

An armed group of Maoists stopped a passenger bus in which the assistant constables were traveling and abducted them at gun point. 

These personnel, who were earlier known as special police officers, were inducted to assist state police in conducting anti-Naxal operations. After getting the information, team of District 

Police force has been rushed to the spot to recover the bodies.
