Three students killed, 9 injured as MUV rams truck in Bhadrak

Bhadrak,July 22: Three were killed and nine injured as a multi utility vehicle (MUV) rammed into a stationery truck on National Highway-5 near Bhandaripokhari of the district late last night.

The incident took place when the passengers of the MUV were from Rajgharapokhari area and returning from Puri, said sources.

Among the passengers of the ill-fated vehicle, a man, his wife and 8-year-old daughter died on the spot.

The injured including two kids were rushed to a local hospital and later shifted to SCB hospital in Cuttack for better treatment.
