Another woman files a complaint against Sarathi for harassment

Bhubaneswar,August21:Another woman from Kendrapara accusing the self -styled godman Sarathi yesterday for harassing her.

She was filed a police complaint against Sarathi alias Santosh Raula. In an FIR filed at the Crime Branch headquarters in Cuttack, she stated that Sarathi was torturing her physically when she was working in the ashram as a maid.

The woman, who has been associated with Barimaula Ashram for last five years, also alleged that Raula had taken some gold ornaments from her promising to help her in marriage.

In the FIR, she mentioned that she has been receiving threat calls from unknown phone numbers after Raula';s arrest.

Leveling allegations against her husband, she said very often she was forced by him to go to the ashram to seek Sarathi's blessings. He was also physically torturing her for not wearing the lockets given by Sarathi.

She stated her husband was giving her death threats asking her not to reveal past incidents associated with the ashram and particularly the fake godman.

On Tuesday, a newly-married woman from Kendrapara had alleged that she was being tortured by her husband as she denied to get closer to the self-styled Sarathi.
