Two-day workshop on cyber crime for cops in city

Bhubaneswar, September 8: In an effort to check cyber crime in the state, the Data Security Council of  India has organised a two-day workshop for the cops on 'Cyber Crime' at the Biju Patnaik State Police Academy in the city today.


Chief Secretary Gokul Chandra Pati, DGP Sanjeev Marik, BPSPA Director Bimay Kumar Behera among many senior police officials attended the inaugural ceremony.

The basic goal of the programme is to impart the cops with the basic ideas of cybercrimes and its prevention measures so that they can efficiently curb the cyber crimes taking place in society.
