PM Modi Pays Tribute To 1965 War Martyrs

New Delhi, September 22: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid homage to the matyrs of the 1965 Indo-Pak war at the Amar Jyoti Jawan in Delhi at the last day of the 'Shauranjali' exhibition.

Earlier on September 17, Modi paid a visit to 'Shauryanjali', a five-day exhibition being held to commemorate the golden jubilee of the 1965 India-Pakistan War, at Rajpath in New Delhi.

Prime Minister Modi had earlier urged the people to spend time at the 'Shauryanjali' exhibition while addressing the nation in the 12th edition of his 'Mann Ki Baat' programme.

PM Modi was accompanied by the Defence Minister, Manohar Parikar and Chiefs of the three armed forced who also paid respect to the martyrs here.
