Confiscation & Sale of properties of chit fund firm Astha International: Court

Bhubaneswar, septmber 24: A special court in Cuttack orders confiscation & sale of properties worth Rs 7 crore of chit fund company Astha International.

The court has directed to return the money of depositors by confiscating and selling the properties of the chit fund organization Astha International. The properties include a building in Bhubaneswar, land worth 43 acre in Odisha and West Bengal, cash in different bank accounts and a Mercedes car.
