Somnath Bharti Domestic Violence Case: SC To Hear Anticipatory Bail Plea On Monday

New Delhi, September 24: The Supreme Court will hear Aam Aadmi Party's  MLA Somnath Bharti's anticipatory bail plea on Monday in connection with the case filed by his wife Lipika for domestic violence and attempt to murder.

Meanwhile, the apex court has not put any stay on the non-bailable warrant issued against Bharti by Delhi Police.

The High Court on Tuesday had dismissed his anticipatory bail plea saying that the allegations against him were backed by documentary proof.
