Sundergarh, October 9: Union Tribal Welfare Minister Jual Oram yesterday sought for an inquiry into the illegal iron ore stacked near a railway siding in Sundargarh district following which a special task force team of the state Mines department arrived in the district on Friday and started an on-the-spot investigation.

Oram in his letter requested Union Mines minister Narendra Singh Tomar to send a team of officials of the Indian Bureau of Mines (IBM) to probe into the incident and initiate appropriate action in this regard.
