Bihar Assembly elections, 4th phase 35.68% voter turnout till 12 noon

Patna,November 1: Polling in 55 constituencies in the fourth phase of Bihar elections is being held on Sunday where caste factor may play a crucial role to seal the fate of political parties.

35.68% voter turnout till 12 noon.

27.77% polling recorded till 11 am and 18.97% voter turnout recorded till 10 am for 4th phase of Bihar polls.

PM Narendra Modi tweeted, Atmosphere in Bihar indicates people want change. People are seeing NDA as a ray of hope. Will campaign in Madhubani, Madhepura and Katihar.
