Woman farmer commits suicide due to loan burdens

Balangir,November1:After a long distance many farmers of Odisha have been died due to the debt-crisis.Odisha on Saturday registered the first case of woman farmer death case in the district for this year.

Police have been identified the deceased as Ujuli Bag of Dhusamunda area.

According to sources, Bag took the extreme step by cosnsuming pesticides late on last night as she faced heavy crop loss due to scanty rain and was under severe stress due to loan burdens.

With this fresh death report, the toll reached 33 in last two weeks.
