Bandh affects normal life in Deogarh

Deogarh,November 2: Normal life today was paralysed in Deogarh due to the dawn-to-dusk bandh, which was observed by the district Congress demanding declaration of the entire district as drought-hit.

Commercial establishment and shops have downed shutters, and vehicles were off the roads.

The opposition congress including Odisha Jana Morcha (OJM) staged protests in front of government offices.

The district administration deployed adequate number of police forces to maintain law and order situation.
