Train services to Begunia-Rajsunakhala from today

Nayagarh,November 3 : Begunia-Rajsunakhala train services began from today after waiting for 21 years.The district is all set to witness railway communication from today with the East Coast Railway (ECoR) deciding to extend the Khurda Road-Begunia-Khurda Road passenger trains up to Rajsunakhala in the district.

According to ECoR, the Rajsunakhala-Khurda Road passenger will leave Rajsunakhala at 5 am and will reach at Khurda Road at 6.15 am. The passenger train will then leave Khurda Road at 6.45 am and reach Rajsunakhala at 8 am. On the return direction, the passenger train will leave Rajsunakhala at 8.25 am and reach Khurda Road at 9.40 am. Similarly, it will leave Khurda Road at 7.35 pm and will reach Rajsunakhala at 8.50 pm.

The extension of the train will be flagged off today. MP Prasanna Patasani, Pinaki MIshra, Baishnaba Parida, Anang Uday Singhdeo, Kalikesh Narayan Singhdeo, Pratyusha Raseswari Singh, Pyarimohan Patnaik are scheduled to attend the flag off ceremony.
