Odisha Assembly winter session likely to begin from Dec 1

Bhubaneswar,November 6:The winter session of the Odisha assembly is likely to begin from Dec 1to 26 of the month.

It will have 21 working days.

A notification was issued on Thursday after the proposal received approval of Governor SC Jamir. 

The first supplementary budget of the state government for the 2015-16 fiscal will be presented on the opening day of the winter session.

On December 8, 9 and 10, the House will debate demands of different departments. On December 11 the House will adopt the Appropriation Bill.

The session will have 18 government business days and three private members' business days.
