BCCI announced monetary benefits for former cricketers,3 odias covered

Bhubaneswar,November 9: BCCI on sunday announced monetary benefits for former cricketers, both domestic and international, including monthly and one-time payments, ahead of its Annual General Body Meeting of the Board and also announced the match fees for the umpires officiating in both domestic and international games.

All Test cricketers who retired before December,1999 and have played more than 25 matches will get Rs 50000 per month, have played less than 25 matches will get Rs 37500 per month.

Odia cricketers Debashis Mohanty, Shivsundar Das and Sanjay Raul will be the beneficiaries of slew of monetary benefits announced by BCCI.
