Maoist camp busted in Nuapada

Nuapada,November 14: A Maoist camp  busted and seized huge cache of explosives during a combing operation  by the security forces in Patadaraha reserve forest  of the district today.

Acting on a tip-off, the security forces launched the operation in early morning which is still going on, Nuapada SP said.

Official sources said, 689 detonators,10 tiffin bombs, one revolver and some Maoist literature were seized by CRPF, SOG, DVF personnel during the operation.

Sources said the Maoists might have stocked the explosives at the site to ambush the security personnel.
