In reply to South Africa's 558, India were all out for 233 runs in their first innings on the third day of the first cricket Test in Nagpur on Monday.
India thus failed to avoid the follow on, falling 126 runs short of the mark. The hosts ended the first innings 325 runs behind the visitors.
